Another post I should have put up over a week ago. Helen and I ordered a treadmill online. If you are curious we ordered the Smooth 7.1 HR Pro Folding Treadmill from Smooth Fitness. Its a torture device but we need the extra cardio exercise and we don't want to drive down to our gym to get it each day. Since it's arrival Helen and I have been putting in 30 minutes a day at least 6 days a week. Hopefully in a month or so we should start to see some results if we can just keep our meals decent. Here's hoping we can get rid of our fat asses before either of us hit 30!
